20 years, 92 quakes: Ground trembles beneath Jaitapur's feet
The biggest earthquake in Jaitapur, recorded in 1993, measured 6.2 on the Richter scale. The ground is unstable, say activists and geologists.

With all this investment the most optimistic projection says that India will get 7% of its Power from Nuclear energy. Is the investment & returns on Nuclear Power Plant worth the risk of million lifes, it can eliminate in catastrophic failures ??
