As expected Congress demagogues are appealing to emotions of poor people which will have unfortunate logical consequences of increasing fiscal deficits and in turn debts of Government.

Unfortunately the most logical minded competitors are also forced to use the cheap grain card instead of promise of Development to make every one capable of buying the grain without subsidy.
